He is the owner of a successful Sacramento restaurant "El Rey On K", He has his own line of bottled water Infinity 02 which is the official water of the Sacramento Kings. Infinity 02 logo is currently being rebranded with a new look and feel.

To get things started Kenny has launched the Limited Edition Heart Of An Athlete Tee. The funds from the shirt will go to support The Kenny Thomas Foundation.  The Foundation raises funds to support youth programs and organizations such as Basketball Camps and Clinics which are run by Kenny as well as back to school initiatives.  The Kenny Thomas Foundation Believes in Giving our youth the tools, skill sets and opportunities that will help them excel in life.

A Student Says She Was Intimidated By Her School For Breaking Dress Code A North Carolina high school student has hired an attorney to help her challenge a 10-day suspension and a ban from walking at graduation after she says she was isolated and intimidated by school officials for violating the dress code. Summer Bond, a senior at Hickory Ridge High School, in Harrisburg, was wearing a green shirt last week that showed a portion of her shoulders and her back, when the school’s principal, Michelle Cline, approached her to warn that the shirt was a possible dress code violation, attorney Ken Harris, who is representing Bond, told BuzzFeed News.
